About the Role
Our Castle HIll service caters for up to 100 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
The centre features spacious, light-filled rooms, modern facilities, and high-quality resources.
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and committed Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team 5 days per week (Mondayto Friday), working 8-hour shifts across our operating hours of 7:00am – 6.30pm.
This role suits a confident educator who values teamwork, brings strong practice knowledge, and is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities




Deliver high-quality education and care aligned with EYLF and NQS
Contribute to programming, observations, and documentation
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain a secure, inclusive, and engaging environment
Adhere to all supervision, compliance, and child safety requirements
Essential Requirements
ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Current National Foundations Child Safety Training certificate
Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Children's Services Regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of child development and best practice
