Available Positions
We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
Option 1 – Underwood
Part Time
Monday to Wednesday
9:00am to 5:00pm
22.5 hours per week
Option 2 – Bulimba
Part Time
Thursday and Friday
8:00am to 4:00pm
15 hours per week
Full Time Opportunity

Our Underwood clinic operates from a purpose-built 601m2 standalone allied health facility featuring:
Modern private consultation rooms
Large fully equipped rehabilitation gym (available for staff use)




Spacious reception and administration area
Ample onsite parking

Our Bulimba clinic offers the same welcoming culture within a beautiful modern practice in one of Brisbane's most vibrant suburbs.
Whether you're based at one clinic or across both, you'll be joining a friendly, supportive team that genuinely enjoys coming to work each day.
About the Role
First impressions matter.
As the first person many of our patients meet, you'll play a huge role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they contact our clinic.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, organised, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys helping people. Every day is different, so you'll thrive if you enjoy variety, working with people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Previous experience in allied health or medical administration is highly regarded but not essential.
Your Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries with professionalism and warmth
Welcome patients and provide an exceptional front desk experience
Book and manage appointments for our multidisciplinary team
Process payments and health fund claims including HICAPS,



Medicare, DVA and NDIS
Assist clinicians with day-to-day administrative support
Maintain accurate patient records
Help ensure the clinic runs efficiently each day

You'll be someone who:

Is highly organised and enjoys multitasking
Learns new technology quickly
Works well independently and within a team
Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
Maintains a positive attitude, even during busy periods
Wants to contribute to a workplace culture that genuinely cares about its team and patients
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in medical or allied health reception
Experience using practice management software
Experience with Medicare, HICAPS or NDIS processing
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
