Regal Mushrooms, based at our Londonderry facility near Penrith, NSW, is seeking a Team Lead for our Production team. You will guide a small crew, coordinate daily operations, and uphold safety and quality across all processes.
The role requires leading 4–6 staff on a rotating 4 days on / 2 days off roster, day shift starting around 6:30am, with weekend work and penalties on public holidays. Solid communication and practical leadership are essential.
