Hervey Bay RSL & Services Memorial Club Inc is seeking experienced Cooks and Chef de Parties for its Fraser Coast venues. You will assist the Head Chef, ensure high‐quality meals, and help manage menu design, costings and staff training in a quick-paced club kitchen.
You will uphold HACCP and food safety plans, supervise kitchen staff, and support rostering and stock control to meet budget and service targets across multiple venues in Hervey Bay and surrounding areas.
