The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a central role in client relationships and technical delivery - preparing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS, while also contributing to advisory work. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to junior staff, balancing hands‑on accounting with strategic input.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS across various industries
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory support to clients




Build robust client relationships and help solve real business challenges
Mentor junior team members and review their work
Stay current with legislation and technical developments

What We’re Looking For
3‑5 years of experience in public practice
Robust communication skills and a client‑focused mindset
Solid technical knowledge in tax and compliance
CA/CPA qualified or progressing
Proficiency in Xero (bonus if you know other platforms too)
