We're a passionate and values-driven early learning community on Sydney's Northern Beaches. At our purpose-built, 64-place centre, we welcome children aged 6 weeks to 6 years into an environment that fosters deep connections, lifelong learning, and meaningful play.
Since opening in August ****, we've built lasting relationships with our educators, children, local families and schools, and we're proud of the strong community spirit that defines us. Your Role as Centre Director




You will be the beating heart of our service, guiding your team with clarity, compassion, and vision. You'll:
Cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture that educators love being part of
Foster warm, trusting relationships with families and the community
Lead with integrity and ensure the centre remains compliant, innovative, and safe
Oversee centre performance such as occupancy, staffing, compliance, and quality
Be a robust community advocate and actively connect with local networks
Role model ethical leadership, self-reflection, and continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for a leader who has walked this path before. Someone who is deeply invested in early education, and ready to bring their experience and ideas to life. You'll need:
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director
A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and quality improvement processes
Excellent people management, leadership and communication skills
Sound understanding of budgets and management of funding
A strong sense of purpose, emotional intelligence, and love for this profession
