BlueCare is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to conduct initial client intake and screening assessments, then develop client-centred care plans. You will provide personal care, basic housekeeping, social support, transport and shopping assistance to clients in Chermside, Hamilton, Recent Farm, McDowall and surrounding areas.

Role requires Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, and a current Australian driver’s licence.
