About the Role

Save Our Service is a leading childcare recruitment agency partnering with quality early childhood services across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director / Educational Leader on behalf of one of our valued clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a unique dual-service centre , overseeing both a Long Day Care and Outside School Hours Care (OOSH) program. You'll play a key role in driving educational excellence, mentoring your team, and creating a positive, high-quality learning workplace for children and families.

Responsibilities
Leading the day-to-day operations of the service.
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
Inspiring and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
Building solid relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community.
Driving continuous improvement and achieving quality outcomes.




Supporting both the Long Day Care and OOSH programs to ensure exceptional service delivery.

About You
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching/Education .
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Centre Director within a Long Day Care setting.
Solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, and Early Years Learning Framework.
Experience managing teams, compliance, and operational performance.
Experience managing or operating an OOSH service will be highly regarded.

Salary from $95,000 per annum plus superannuation.
