Creating Links is seeking an experienced Safeguarding, Complaints and Investigations Officer to join our Quality, Risk and Practice Team. You will lead investigations, manage complaints and safeguarding concerns, and work with regulators to strengthen practice.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Quality, Risk and Practice, you will support teams to deliver safer services and improve outcomes for the people we support.
