We are seeking an experienced and driven Current Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team at Heritage Auto Group in Lilydale, Victoria. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets for our expanding range of new vehicles.
What you'll be doing
Provide personalised sales support and guidance to customers throughout the buying process
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and pricing
Effectively showcase and demonstrate our vehicles to potential customers
Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
Achieve individual and team-based sales targets
Provide exceptional post-sale customer support and follow-up
Contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the dealership
What we’re looking for
Minimum 12 months of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, within the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate and inform customers
Confident and enthusiastic approach to sales, with a genuine passion for the automotive industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
