Bayside Health is recruiting a Grade 2 Physiotherapist for the Falls Prevention Service. The role involves conducting comprehensive falls risk assessments through home-based, centre-based or telehealth modalities to reduce fall risk in older adults living in the community.
You will also perform specialist physiotherapy assessments at the falls and fracture prevention clinic, delivering short-term interventions as needed.
