Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead clinical care in our aged care services in NSW. You will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs and lead the clinical team.
You will assess residents, provide clinical services, supervise Personal Care Workers, and liaise with medical and allied health specialists as well as residents’ families to advocate for quality of life. NSW registration required.
