E4 People is recruiting a Care Manager for a large 100+ bed contemporary aged care facility on the Central Coast. You will lead clinical excellence alongside the Facility Manager and a second Care Manager to drive high-quality resident care.
The successful candidate will hold AHPRA RN registration, have at least 1 year in aged care leadership, and possess robust clinical knowledge and leadership and communication skills.
