What you'll be doing
Performing laser hair removal treatments
Providing skin consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans
Performing advanced skin treatments
Building strong relationships with clients
Confidently recommending treatment packages and skincare products through ethical upselling and cross-selling
Helping achieve monthly sales and clinic KPIs
Delivering exceptional customer service from consultation through to aftercare
Maintaining a clean, professional clinic environment
Working closely with a supportive team
What we're looking for
Previous laser hair removal experience




Confident treating both male and female clients, including intimate areas
Previous sales experience with the ability to confidently upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products
Passion for helping clients achieve their skin goals while delivering an outstanding experience
Friendly, skilled and well presented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Flexible to work across multiple clinic locations when required
Available for evenings and alternating weekends
Bonus if you have experience with
Candela GentleMax Pro or GentleMax Pro Plus
Skin consultations
Chemical peels
Microneedling
Carbon laser facials
IPL and advanced skin treatments
