Sharon Bennie is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for their Upper North Shore franchise. You will manage a portfolio of around 150 properties with robust support from a Virtual Assistant and Leasing Executive.
The role is Monday to Friday with no weekends, covering repairs coordination, inspections, and stakeholder liaison to maximise landlord returns. A NSW certificate/license and valid driver's licence are required, knowledge of Hornsby area is advantageous.
