We are looking for an experienced Retail Shop Assistant to work in our seafood retail operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. As a Shop Assistant having experience in inventory control and cash management will be considered an advantage. Ensuring superior shopping experience for our customers is key.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service.
Implement and maintain merchandising standards to maximize sales prospects.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail within the seafood industry.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30 pm and Saturdays when required.
Proficient in retail software.
Physically fit, as may require heavy lifting
