YMCA Churchill Outside School Hours Care is seeking a capable Assistant Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part time basis. You’ll support the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and guide a passionate team in delivering secure, fun and enriching care for children.
You’ll assist with daily running, develop child-led programming, and help recruit and support educators while ensuring compliance and positive engagement with children, families and schools.
