Buildcert in Newcastle is seeking a confident, friendly Receptionist to join our Client Care team on a full time basis. This phone-first role will be the transparent, reliable voice helping clients get what they need quickly and easily, while supporting front-of-house operations.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, with potential to complete a Cert 3 in Business Administration as part of the role. Previous customer service helps, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
