EML is seeking an Impairment Benefits Specialist in our Hearing Loss team based in Melbourne. You'll proactively manage, assess and determine impairment benefit claims, navigating relevant acts and guidelines. This permanent full‐time role offers hybrid work, with up to 3 days from home.
You'll work closely with Case Managers to pursue fair and timely outcomes for injured workers and benefit from a supportive culture with learning opportunities and extensive employee perks.
