About the Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across gaming, bar, and retail areas. Experience with Gaming, Keno, TAB, and food & beverage service is highly regarded.
What We’re Looking For
A strong focus on exceptional customer service
Proven cash handling experience
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current RSA and RSG certificates (essential)
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster. From early mornings to late nights
Keno and TAB accreditation (advantageous but not essential)
