Mixed‐use portfolio across residential, retail and commercial assets
Salary up to $110,000 package
Large residential development (300 apartments + retail)
BMC exposure
Salary up to $130,000 package
Position 4 – Building Manager – Sydney CBD
High‐profile premium asset
Large residential/mixed‐use development
3–5 years' Building Management experience
Salary up to $115,000 + Super
Mandarin highly regarded
Position 5 – Building Manager – Darling Harbour / CBD
Mixed‐use development
160 apartments, serviced apartments and commercial




Solid compliance and facilities focus
Salary up to $110,000 package
Position 6 – Building Manager – Dee Why
Residential, commercial and retail precinct
Mixed‐use environment
Salary up to $110,000 package
Position 7 – Building Manager – Western Sydney Portfolio
Portfolio across Parramatta, Ryde and Dural
Variety of residential and mixed‐use assets
Salary up to $130,000 package
We're Looking For
3+ years' Building Management experience
Strong facilities management and compliance knowledge
Experience within residential, commercial or mixed‐use assets
Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, customer‐focused approach
