Aruma is seeking a casual Employment Coach to support people with disability in achieving meaningful employment outcomes. You’ll work within a values‑driven, supportive team at our Loganholme location, with flexibility to travel regionally across sites.
You’ll facilitate engaging learning experiences, tailor content to individuals, document progress, and build robust relationships with participants and stakeholders while working autonomously 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
