Job Overview

We are looking for a Portfolio Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to grow a portfolio of 10 consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for priority brands, managing paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
Plan and test ad creatives, audiences, messaging and offers while monitoring CAC, ROAS and contribution margin.
Grow organic social, short‑form video, influencer, creator and affiliate programs.
Improve e‑commerce conversion, average order value and repeat‑purchase performance across the portfolio.
Build and optimise email/SMS marketing, retention automations, loyalty, referral and subscription programs.
Assess the commercial potential of all 10 brands and recommend which to scale, reposition, combine or discontinue.
Develop product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional calendars.
Track revenue, margin, CAC, ROAS, AOV and LTV, and prepare regular performance reporting.




Identify partnership, wholesale, retail and marketplace opportunities.
Brief and manage external agencies, freelancers, developers and creators.

What You'll Need
Robust digital marketing experience across paid and organic channels, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
E‑commerce experience, ideally with Shopify, and a track record improving conversion rates.
Email/CRM experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Customer.io.
Solid grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS and contribution margin.
Brand positioning, content strategy and copywriting capability.
Influencer, creator and affiliate marketing experience.
Solid analytical, reporting and project‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple brands in a small, founder‑led business.

Nice to Have
Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or consumer products.
Experience building or scaling small e‑commerce brands.
SEO, Amazon marketplace, Canva or basic video editing skills.
