The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking an APS6 Wellbeing Officer to promote psychological safety and support staff wellbeing. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you'll help identify risks, deliver awareness activities, and advise leaders on wellbeing matters.
You will work with the Contact Centre and stakeholders to implement preventative programs, contribute to safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with work health and safety legislation.
