Fraud, Security and Control Graduate

As the Fraud, Security and Control Graduate, you will help protect Rabobank, our customers and the broader Australian and New Zealand financial system from fraud, scams, cyber risks and fast‑evolving threats to our clients, systems and sector. By rotating through Fraud & Financial Economic Crime (FEC) Investigations and Security & Control, you will gain hands‑on experience in fraud and scams monitoring, FEC investigations, cyber security, security operations and control monitoring. You will also complete short‑term rotations in risk and compliance, operations and at a regional branch, and you may be placed on a short‑term international rotation in our global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands, to connect with colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications
Final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or completed your studies within the past three years.
Available to start full time employment from February 2027.
Australian or Recent Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
Demonstrated knowledge and interest in fraud, security, or a related field; passion for the food and agribusiness industry is advantageous.
Self‑motivated with robust planning,



organisational and time‑management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
