Job OverviewTeam: Consular & Document Practice EMEA (CADP).
Location: Sydney, Australia.
Position: US‐qualified attorney (member of a US State Bar) to provide US legal advice in connection with US Consular Services across the region.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients and colleagues on complex Consular case matters including refusal risks, processing trends, and criminal matters.Liaise with US Embassies and Consulates and manage allocated client accounts and their active and inactive matters.Supervise paralegal staff in record‐keeping and document preparation.Review and troubleshoot case strategy, documents submitted by assignees,
