Play a key role in enhancing the RBA's Work Health & Safety Systems. Join a small, high‑performing Safety & Wellbeing team on a 2‑year fixed‑term contract, with hybrid working.

Responsibilities
Lead implementation of actions identified in the ISO 45001 gap analysis.
Review, develop and standardise WHS policies, procedures and system documentation.
Align the WHSMS with ISO 45001 principles and Comcare Self‑Insurance requirements.
Establish governance, assurance, audit and management review processes.
Coordinate the internal audit and corrective action programs.
Engage and influence leaders and stakeholders to embed system improvements.
Monitor progress against project milestones and provide reporting to Comcare.

Success Outcomes

The impact of your work will enable the Bank to have a WHS Management System aligned with ISO 45001 principles, readiness for the initial Comcare Self‑Insurance audit, embedded governance and continuous improvement processes, and an enhanced organisational capability to maintain and improve WHS performance.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related discipline.




Significant experience in WHS management systems, governance and compliance.
Solid working knowledge of ISO 45001 and contemporary WHS practices.
Experience managing organisational change and improvement programmes.
Solid project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working with Comcare or self‑insurance frameworks.
