Chargrill Charlie’s is an iconic Australian brand, known for serving quality chicken and chips. We are seeking Front of House Managers to lead a crew, ensure exceptional guest service and value for money, and contribute to continuous improvement of the business.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Front of House team, providing clear direction, coaching and support.
Ensure guests receive exceptional service and value for money.
Maintain store standards and contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
Prepare and serve food, and create positive customer experiences with every interaction.
Delegate tasks and manage shift operations, including performance and guest issue resolution.

Qualifications
Prior leadership experience in hospitality or a related field.
Robust customer service orientation and ability to lead a team in a quick-paced workplace.
Understanding of the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Empathetic with regards to guest complaints and requirements.
Results-driven, with the ability to motivate others and manage performance.
