Grounded in developmentally informed, trauma-aware, and collaborative relational practice, the services focus on strengthening wellbeing, confidence and a young person's sense of safety, possibility, and connection.YORS and YRRS also assist young people to navigate education, training, employment, daily living skills and participation in their community.

choice and empowermentEngage consumers and develop trusting and professional relationshipsWork closely with clinical case managers and community partners to deliver the best possible comprehensive service to consumersFollow all WH&S; procedures to ensure safe work practices especially in the area of safety in outreach workWhat will you bring to the role?
Minimum Cert IV in a related field and/or equivalent experience working in a relevant setting.A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain First Aid Certification upon commencementDemonstrate self-awareness and ability to reflect and handle feedback well and learn from itProven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and to prioritise multiple tasks to meet conflicting deadlines.Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust to deal with sensitive and difficult situations in a diplomatic mannerRelevant experience in a similar role or transferable skillsBe a team player - Ability and willingness to work effectively as part of a team, to meet program goals and objectives.Knowledge of complex mental health and drug and alcohol issues.Highly developed written and verbal communication skillsWhat will Neami offer in return?
