You will drive guest experiences, manage bookings, and oversee daily FOH operations in a premium winery setting.The role requires solid leadership, a commercial mindset, and up-to-date RSA and Food Handlers certificates, with knowledge of OpenTable or SevenRooms considered a plus.
Thursday to Monday availability is expected.
