An outstanding prospect exists for an ambitious Commercial Finance Manager to join a rapid-growing FMCG business experiencing strong local and international expansion.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the finance function, partner with key stakeholders across the business, and play a critical role in driving commercial performance, strategic decision-making and continued growth.
This is a genuine leadership position offering broad exposure across commercial finance, financial control, business partnering and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
Deliver insightful management reporting and performance analysis
Partner with sales and operational leaders to drive profitability
Support pricing, margin improvement and commercial decision-making
Oversee financial control, compliance and month-end reporting
Manage cash flow, working capital and financial governance
Lead and develop a small finance team
Drive reporting enhancements, process improvement and automation initiatives
Support strategic growth projects and business transformation activities
About You
You are a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys operating in a fast-moving workplace and influencing business outcomes.
You Will Bring:
CA/CPA qualification
Experience within FMCG, consumer goods or a related industry
Strong commercial finance and FP&A; expertise
Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
Proven stakeholder management and business partnering capability
Experience leading or mentoring finance team members
Exposure to ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI
A proactive, hands-on leadership style
