UPL seeks an experienced Country Finance Head – ANZ to lead the finance function across Australia and Current Zealand, reporting to the APAC CFO. You will own the P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow, providing strategic partnership to the ANZ leadership while driving performance improvements.
You will lead a local finance team, oversee a Shared Services delivery, strengthen controls, and push automation and governance across finance operations to enable sustainable growth.
