SUVA SHAKTI PTY LTD T/as Seahorse Brasserie is seeking a qualified Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Narooma, NSW.
You will assist the Head Chef, lead the kitchen during service, and ensure top-quality food, presentation and safety.The role requires 1–2 years of Sous Chef experience, a Certificate IV or Diploma in hospitality/kitchen management, and the ability to work full time on a rotating roster.
Salary is competitive and includes superannuation.
