Voyager Tennis is looking for a passionate and experienced tennis coach who is ready to step into a leadership role.

What you'll be doing:
Leading the daily operations of a tennis venue
Coaching players of all ages and levels
Supporting and developing other coaches
Helping grow programs and improve player engagement
Building strong relationships with players, parents and schools
Running events,



tournaments and holiday programs
Ensuring a excellent experience for all players

What we’re looking for:
At least 3 years' experience in coaching and program leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive, organised and qualified approach
Comfortable coaching on court and leading off court
Passion for helping players develop and enjoy tennis

Salary:

$90,000-$130,000 depending on experience and readiness for the role.
