The Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance and RE-FX Lead to join our SAP Application Management Services (AMS) Practice.
This role is ideally suited for a senior SAP consultant with deep expertise in SAP Finance and strong experience in SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) who thrives in a customer-facing support and advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Functional Lead for SAP S/4HANA Finance within AMS support engagements.
Provide expert-level support and resolution for incidents, service requests, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to improve application stability and service quality.
Ensure delivery of support services in accordance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and governance processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client business and IT stakeholders.
Participate in service reviews, governance meetings,



and roadmap discussions.
Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and other SAP functional streams to resolve cross-functional issues.
Develop and maintain solution documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SAP Practice capability development and knowledge sharing.
Essential Experience & Skills
Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance support or implementation
Minimum 1+years of experience in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX support or implementation
Stronge expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI), SAP Management Accounting (CO)& SAP S/4HANA RE-FX
Valuable understanding of integration with various SAP modules (e.g., CO, PM, PS, etc.)
Sound communication skills and stakeholder management
Good documentation skills
Previous experience in business facing support roles
Understanding and exposure to SAP Treasury Management and SAP Grants Management are an added bonus
