Woden Community Service (WCS) invites applications for a Transition to Recovery outreach role in the ACT region. This position delivers versatile, person-centred outreach to adults experiencing mental illness, supporting recovery goals and community connection.
You will work across 9:00am–9:00pm, seven days a week, including after-hours calls, as part of a rotating on-call roster. The role requires WWVP, background checks, and a background in recovery-focused practice.
