Based in Clayton, we specialise in chassis development, chassis repair, custom chassis & suspension modifications, and undercarriage repairs to vehicles.
We work closely with manufacturers, government bodies, and the insurance smash repair industry and pride ourselves on the quality and precision of our work.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team on a full-time basis, working 8:00am to 4:30pm, or 7.00am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available from time to time.
Reporting to the Lead Fabricator, you'll work in a busy factory environment manufacturing, repairing and remanufacturing vehicle components and chassis— no two jobs are quite the same.




Your day-to-day will include:
Fabricating and repairing chassis, suspension, steering and driveline components
Reading and interpreting diagrammatic measurements to guide repairs
MIG and/or TIG welding, plasma cutting, and general metal fabrication and grinding
Using custom tooling to restore correct component geometry
Working autonomously and as part of a small, experienced team
About You
Certificate III in Welding and/or significant hands-on welding experience (MIG &/or TIG)
Confident with core fabrication — cutting, welding and grinding to a high standard
Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in the quality of your work
Comfortable working with minimal supervision, and equally comfortable as part of a team
Some mechanical knowledge is an advantage, though not essential
A current driver's licence is highly regarded, as you may occasionally transport parts between our factories
