Sunstate BRP is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Maroochydore team. As the 2nd largest BRP dealer in Australia , we specialise in Sea-Doo personal watercraft and Can-Am vehicles and form part of a successful family-owned multi-location group across the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast and Gold Coast.

In this role you will

Sell new and used Sea-Doo and Can-Am vehicles

Convert walk‑in, phone and online enquiries into sales

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

Build robust customer relationships and deliver outstanding experiences

Work closely with finance, parts and workshop teams

Help customers choose the right machine for their lifestyle

About you

Genuine passion for the outdoor / powersports lifestyle

Previous sales experience (powersports, marine, automotive, retail or hospitality preferred but not essential – we will train the right person)

Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach

Self‑motivated, target‑driven and skilled

This is a full‑time role based at our Maroochydore BRP dealership on the Sunshine Coast.
