You are responsible for overseeing the end-of-tenancy process and ensuring smooth property transitions.
As Vacate Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence whilst protecting the interests of property owners and ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and regulations.
This role reports directly to the Property Management leadership team and is essential to our operational success.Key responsibilitiesCoordinating and managing the complete vacate process from tenant notice through final property handoverConducting pre-vacate inspections and providing detailed reports documenting property conditionOrganising and overseeing property cleaning,
