Tile2Tin Roofing is looking for an experienced Leading Hand Roof Plumber to join our growing business and help lead our domestic roofing crews across Melbourne.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, takes ownership of projects, and wants to be part of a company with genuine long-term growth opportunities.
About the Role
Running domestic roofing projects from start to finish
Leading and managing roofing crews onsite
Coordinating daily workflow and maintaining productivity
Measuring and ordering materials
Ensuring jobs are completed safely and to a high standard
Training and mentoring apprentices and team members
Communicating with management regarding project progress
What We Offer
$110,000-$150,000 per year + Super + Overtime

Essential Requirements
Qualified Roof Plumber
Previous experience leading a team in domestic roofing preferred
Experience measuring and ordering materials
Robust leadership and communication skills
Takes pride in quality workmanship
Driver's licence
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted working rights.
