Tractor Sales Representative – Southern Highlands & Southern Tablelands NSWDue to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Tractor Sales Representative to manage an established territory throughout the Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands of New South Wales.
This is an outstanding opportunity to represent a respected dealership selling an extensive range of premium tractors and agricultural machinery from 100HP to 250HP, along with complementary implements and equipment.If you enjoy being out on the road, working closely with primary producers, and helping customers find the right machinery solutions for their operations, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleReporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business while maintaining solid relationships with existing customers across the region.
You'll work closely with farmers, contractors, and rural businesses, providing expert advice and tailored machinery solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow sales throughout the Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory.Conduct on-farm demonstrations and product presentations.Promote tractors ranging from 100HP to 250HP, along with agricultural implements and equipment.Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery.Attend field days, agricultural events, and customer demonstrations.Work closely with the parts and service departments to ensure outstanding customer support.About YouPrevious experience selling agricultural, construction, or capital equipment.Strong knowledge of tractors and farming operations would be highly regarded.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a regional territory.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Commercially driven with strong negotiation abilities.What's on OfferUncapped commission structure.Fully maintained company vehicle.Phone and laptop.Ongoing factory product training.Established customer base with genuine opportunities for growth.Career progression with a respected and growing agricultural equipment dealership.If you're looking for a long-term career representing quality agricultural equipment while working with some of Australia's best farming businesses, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
