You will lead the service, set the atmosphere and oversee the transition from day to night, ensuring cocktails and desserts meet the brand's high standards.You'll manage a premium hospitality team, coach staff, coordinate stock and opening/closing procedures, and work closely with the Store Manager and daytime team to grow the concept.
