Clinical Trial Sub-Investigator (Medical Officer)NeuroCentrix is a leading neuropsychiatric clinic and clinical trials centre specialising in CNS disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and mental health.
We run Phase II–IV trials (investor-initiated and sponsored), including amyloid-targeting therapies for Alzheimer's disease, alongside novel therapeutic agents such as ketamine, esketamine, and psychedelics in both research and clinical care for mental health disorders.RoleThe investigator role at neuroCentrix offers a unique opportunity to integrate cutting-edge research with real-world clinical care, within a patient-centred, multidisciplinary team (MDT) environment.
You will work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and research staff to deliver high-quality, holistic care to clinical trial participants.Key responsibilities include:Deliver comprehensive, protocol-driven patient monitoring across clinical trialsProvide patient-centred care, ensuring participant safety, dignity, and engagement throughout the trial journeyPerform holistic clinical assessments, including physical and neurological examinations, diagnostic interviews, and cognitive measuresComplete and interpret all protocol-required investigations,
including:Venepuncture and cannulationECG acquisition and reviewVital signs and clinical observationsLaboratory result review and clinical interpretationMonitor safety, eligibility, and study progress; report adverse events (incl.
