Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day delivery of clinical care and provide leadership, supervision and support to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants.You will act as the first point of escalation for resident deterioration and complex clinical needs.
