Dealership Experience Required
: Previous experience in vehicle sales, especially with used vehicles, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Online & Phone Sales

Respond to customer inquiries and manage online leads efficiently.
Use your excellent phone skills to convert online or phone-based inquiries into successful sales.
Sell & Manage Inventory
: Work with our diverse stock of used vehicles to meet customer needs and deliver excellent service from initial inquiry through to final delivery.
Negotiate Pricing & Offers
: Utilize your negotiation skills to offer competitive pricing, trade-in evaluations, and financing options.
Provide Outstanding Customer Service
: Ensure that every customer's needs are met, and work to create long-term relationships for repeat business.
Stay Current on Product Knowledge
: Keep up with trends, new arrivals, and market conditions to be an expert in your field.
Collaborate with Finance Team
: Work alongside the finance department to help customers find suitable financing options and close deals smoothly.
