This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service or retail who is ready to step into the healthcare space.You'll combine retail, education and care — helping customers understand their therapy, troubleshoot concerns and feel confident using their equipment.No healthcare experience required — comprehensive training is provided.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries in‐store and over the phoneInvestigate and help customers problem‐solve therapy and equipment issuesProvide set‐up,



ongoing support and education to ensure therapy complianceFit customers for masks and recommend the most suitable options based on trainingEducate customers on the safe and effective use of medical equipmentDrive sales of new or additional services, including phone‐based follow‐ups on trials and testing resultsMaintain the presentation and cleanliness of the retail store and displaysProcess payments, manage the cash float and complete banking dutiesManage trial and sales stock, including inventory control and re‐orderingAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service environmentA warm, caring approach and the ability to provide outstanding customer interactionsStrong communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to meet individual needsEmpathy, compassion and the ability to remain calm under pressureActive listening skills with a solutions‐focused mindsetA strong work ethic, reliability and honestyThe ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a teamHealthcare or healthcare retail experience is advantageous but not essential — we're looking for the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.Why Join ResMed?
