Working within the People and Culture Directorate, you'll be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering responsive, customer-focused HR services that help our people provide exceptional care to the community.Work in a supportive, experienced and collaborative HR teamGain exposure to a broad range of generalist human resources activitiesContribute to workforce initiatives that make a real difference in healthcareAccess ongoing learning, mentoring and career development opportunitiesEnjoy a workplace culture that values teamwork, inclusion and continuous improvementWhat you'll be doingAs a Human Resources Officer, you'll provide high-quality generalist HR advice, administrative support and customer service to managers and employees across Integrated and Community Health.




You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and senior HR leaders to deliver practical workforce solutions while ensuring compliance with NSW Health policies, awards and employment legislation.Provide first-line HR advice on recruitment, employment conditions, policies, procedures and workforce mattersSupport end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes while maintaining accurate HR records and reportingRespond to HR enquiries, coordinate requests and connect clients with the appropriate People and Culture specialistsPrepare HR correspondence, reports, presentations and provide administrative support for projects, meetings and trainingMaintain confidential HR information, documentation and databases with exceptional accuracy and attention to detailApplications Close: 19 August ****People with disabilities who meet the selection criteria are encouraged to apply; and where required, WSLHD will implement reasonable adjustment consistent with industry standard.Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
