The facility offers contemporary, homely rooms, a dedicated Memory Support Unit and multiple lounges and outdoor spaces for relaxation and social connection.We are looking for Aged Carer to join our aged care team at Brentwood Aged Care, in a Part Time capacity.About the RoleAs an Aged Carer, you will be the smiling face our residents look forward to seeing.
You will support them with day to day living while sharing stories, laughter, and moments that truly matter.
This is a fast paced, hands‐on role where no two shifts are the same - ideal if you enjoy staying busy, being on your feet, and making a visible difference.What You Will Be DoingDeliver warm, respectful personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene) in line with each resident's individual choices and preferences.Support residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines so they can remain as independent as possibleBring energy to social, lifestyle, and cultural activities - from music and games to walks and conversationsFollow individual care plans to provide safe, high‐quality, person‐centred careMonitor and promptly report any changes in residents' health or condition so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.Help keep the environment clean, comfortable,
