The RGC Post Award team manages more than $450 million in research income annually across approximately 6,000 active research projects, supporting academics and researchers from agreement execution through to project completion.About The RoleAs a Grants Officer – Post Award, you will deliver high-quality research funding management services across all post-award functions.
You'll work closely with academics, research support staff and finance teams to ensure research grants and contract research projects are managed effectively and in line with sponsor requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage post-award research activitiesProvide advice on funding rules, policies and proceduresMonitor sponsor reporting and compliance obligationsIdentify and resolve grant management issues and risks proactivelyContribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiativesAbout UNSWUNSW isn't like other places you've worked.

You will also demonstrate:Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsThe ability to interpret policies and proceduresStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesLevel 7In addition to the Level 6 capabilities, at Level 7 you will bring significant experience (2+ years) providing post-award management services in a similar role.
