The Role
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Dermal Therapist to join our team on a casual basis.
You'll deliver our full menu of advanced skin treatments, guide clients through tailored skin journeys, and play a key part in the results and reputation that set Medicura apart.
You'll work alongside our Nurse Practitioner and cosmetic clinicians in a collaborative, supportive environment, with access to premium technology and a genuinely caring team.
What you'll be doing




Performing professional skin analysis using our Observ 520x imaging systemDelivering skin needling with mesotherapyProviding clinical peels and treatment masksAdministering LED medical-grade light therapyDelivering IPL treatments across our treatment rangePerforming carbon facialsCreating and delivering custom medi-facials, including for our membership clientsGuiding clients through our targeted skin packages for acne, pigmentation, ageing and sensitivityRecommending medical-grade homecare and supporting clients between visitsSupporting the clinical team with pre- and post-treatment care for regenerative and injectable services (e.g. bio-remodelling, Rejuran)Maintaining impeccable clinical hygiene, documentation and stock standards
What we're looking for
A Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Bachelor of Dermal Science, or equivalent recognised qualificationDemonstrated hands-on experience across skin needling, peels, LED, IPL and skin analysis (device-specific training can be provided for the right candidate)A strong understanding of skin biology, conditions and treatment protocolsWarm, qualified client care and consultative communication skillsA results-focused mindset with genuine passion for skin healthMeticulous attention to detail and clinical standardsAvailability on a casual basis, including some SaturdaysCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to work in Australia
